  "Shady business practices".... I made anappointment for Monday it was the soonest they could get me in for a broken tooth that was infected... Found another dentist in Tallahassee that could take me that day and at least get me on antibiotics , Morgan denist offered nuthing for me until Monday....So tried to call and cancel the appointment and there computers were down, I waited a hour and called again computers were still down, never mind I was in awlful pain and I did all I could to cancel.....Well three months later my 18yr son goes to Morgan dentle as a new patient and gets hit with a $50 no show fee for my appointment I tried to cancel...I never got told on the phone about a $50 no show fee,never signed papers or got anything in the mail....I called and talked to chirsty and brought up that I tried to cancel and your computer's were down and she said even if the computers are down I will get charged...Wow ....She admitted they were down too....They charged my grown son , it's against the law the charge a cancellation fee with out warning new patients , no cancellation fee was brought to my attention when I made the appointment,her response was was its on a sign in there office...Wow I'm new to the area I have never even been to there office...Why charge my son then , she had no response but he is related to me...Omg really...By the way my son had to wait on the dentist over a hour in the chair...This is just pure greed...He took off work to get his teeth fixed, his time is valuable too ... Double standard ....If you denist want to charge a $50 fee unfairly then if u are a hour behind we get $50...Shame on the chirsty she was cold and uncaring....Wonder if she gets some my son hard earned money they stole from him ...I'll see y'all in court .
